Thank you for your interest in the interior design services I offer. 

Any design work is an ongoing partnership between decorator and client, so I look forward to learning about your upcoming projects and decorating goals.  My own goal is to make the process of reinventing, reorganizing, or refreshing your home and work environments as pleasant and efficient as possible.

Prior to a studio or on-site consultation, please complete the following questionnaire in order to clarify and articulate both your general vision and tastes, and particulars such as budget, scope, and timing.  The stronger our mutual understanding of goals, the more successful the outcome.

The questionnaire will also help us determine whether working together on your projects will be a good fit. Regardless of what we choose, it is an excellent process to start for your further use.

Design fees are based on and determined according to scope of project and implementation of details.  They may be hourly for consultations and partial design work or 3D renderings; flat fee or percent of project cost; cost plus for purchases.  Other combinations are possible, such as charging by the room or in stages in order to accommodate a client’s priorities.

My hourly fee is $80. Deposits requested from clients range from 30 to 50% depending on method of billing, payable up front and at regular intervals during project.  Remaining balance is due upon completion.  Any substantial changes made to original contract and scope will be agreed upon in writing and billed accordingly.  Purchases of goods are billed separately and due in advance of purchase and delivery.
